In no event shall AIM Ad Hack or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if AIM Ad Hack has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The user understands that modifying AOL's code may be a violation of my license agreement, and do so of their free will. The user agrees to not hold BsCaBl or AOL responsible for any damage caused to AIM or their computer from the use of this file. The user states they are not employed by AOL or any of their subsidiaries or affiliated with AOL in any way.
This software may be used for personal non-commercial purposes only. Selling this software (under it's own or other names) will result in legal actions against the seller.
